Janitor

Janitor is the usual first job. You spawn near the gas station, follow the briefcase to Burger Place, and use the blue-circle board behind the counter. The work is mopping puddles. The skill path is separate from Cook and Shelf Stocker, so this is the bar that moves if you stay. The restaurant sits in a busy part of the map, so store cash before you stand in the open.

Stay on it for the first payouts if the building is calm. Later mops are bought at Jack's Hardware for this skill, not for fishing.
